seanwatson.coach offers personalized English coaching services, including one-on-one lessons, group sessions, asynchronous coaching, job interview preparation, IELTS Speaking test preparation, pronunciation coaching, public speaking training, and access to the The English Edge online community.
All services are designed exclusively for English language learners at the B2 level or higher.
All sessions must be booked in advance through our scheduling platform.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Prices are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
Sessions will never be recorded (video or audio) without the express permission or request of the client. If a client wishes to have their session recorded for personal review or reference, they must provide explicit consent prior to the session beginning.
seanwatson.coach uses AI-assisted tools to support the quality, continuity, and consistency of coaching services. As a standard part of every session, an AI-generated summary is automatically created. This process is integral to how seanwatson.coach operates and cannot be disabled or opted out of.
By booking a session with seanwatson.coach, clients acknowledge and consent to the automatic creation of AI-generated session summaries. These summaries are used solely for coaching purposes — to track progress, maintain continuity between sessions, and ensure the highest quality of instruction. Summaries are kept confidential and are not shared with third parties.
All content, materials, and resources provided through seanwatson.coach — including lesson materials, session summaries, and written content — are the intellectual property of Sean Watson and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.
Clients and community members agree to engage respectfully and constructively at all times. seanwatson.coach reserves the right to terminate services with any client whose conduct is deemed disrespectful, abusive, or disruptive, without obligation to issue a refund. This applies to all services, including the The English Edge online community.
Members of the The English Edge online community agree to participate actively and respectfully. Sessions are kept to five participants or fewer to ensure meaningful speaking time for all. Any behavior that disrupts the learning environment may result in immediate removal from the community without refund.
seanwatson.coach is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, including exam scores or employment results.
Your use of seanwatson.coach is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and available at seanwatson.coach/privacy-policy.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Ontario law.
seanwatson.coach reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
